“Weighted Sky” is a dance piece co-created by Slowdanger that xplores the collapse of capitalism and white supremacist structures on the bodies of people, nationally and globally. It deconstructs hussle culture and seeks to create a process of active imagining for a queer future where we can thrive.
Slowdanger is a Pittsburgh-based multidisciplinary performance entity that uses movement, integrative technology, found material, electronic instrumentation, vocalization, physiological centering and ontological examination to produce their work.
