“What It Is” is a solo exhibition by fiber artist Jamie Boyle, who is currently the Artist in Residence in the fibers/mixed media studio at Contemporary Craft.
Her work is in response to the chronic conditions she experiences each day.. Many of these objects are examples of how something ordinary — a piece of trash or song lyrics or an overused phrase or temperature or mood — can overwhelm a person.
