McGinnis Sisters is a locally-owned chain of store-cafes that specializes in fresh food grown in sustainable ways.

What is now the McGinnis Sisters began in 1946 as small produce stand in the blue collar suburb of Baldwin by Elwood and Rosella McGinnis. During the next 30 years, the store developed into a well-known grocery store, with high standards for quality, competitive pricing and excellent service.

In 1981 three of Elwood’s children — daughters Bonnie, Sharon and Noreen — took over and eventually rechristened the company McGinnis Sisters.

This location is situated in a strip mall east of Pittsburgh in the suburb of Monroeville.

STANDARD OPERATING HOURS:
Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
