The members of Mosaic Community Church desire to love God, love each other, and serve the community in ways that are honest, real, redemptive and transformational. It is part of the local Presbyterian churches.

Presbyterian is a branch of Protestant Christianity rooted in the concept developed by French theologian John Calvin (1509-1564) who argued that the sum of human wisdom consists of two parts: the knowledge of God and of us. Continuous study of the scriptures, theological writings and church doctrine are encouraged in Presbyterianism.

The church’s name is a reference to mosaic, an art form that uses pieces of glass (sometimes broken pieces) which are combined to create a beautiful and harmonious image.
