The Lindsay Theater & Cultural Center (originally called The Tull Family Theater) is a film-based arts organization created to strengthen cultural, educational and entertainment experiences in the region northwest of Pittsburgh.

It is based in Sewickley, a residential suburb of 4000 people about 12 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. The name probably came from the indigenous peoples’ words for “racoon” (“sawi”) and “ton” (“ukli”).

Patrons experience two screening rooms and a 2,000-square-foot flexible event space.

The theater is named after respected local businesswoman Lindsay Nicole Corry (1991-2021), who lived with Type 1 diabetes since infancy and, in January 2020, was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
