What is now the Wyndham began in the late 1950s as a Hilton Hotel constructed as part of Pittsburgh’s legendary Renaissance I.

Between 1946 and 1973, an extensive project transformed Downtown Pittsburgh from a smokey business district surrounded by heavily polluted rivers into the impressive Golden Triangle it is today.

The Wyndham stands a proud 24 floors tall with over 700 guest rooms and suites offering amazing views. The 35 event rooms comprise some 60,000-square-feet. The 17,000 square foot Grand Ballroom with its built-in dance floor sets the perfect romantic mood for a memorable wedding. For productive business events, each event room is equipped with wired and wireless internet connections, embedded lighting and AV technology.
