This award-winning musical offers a rare look at the creative mind and collaborative spirit Michael Jackson (1958-2009), one of the most influential music artists in history.
Michael Jackson garnered the nickname “King of Pop” over the course of an impressive four-decade career. He began as a child singer/dancer performing with his brothers as The Jackson 5. As a solo artist, Jackson pioneered innovations in music, dance, video and fashion. His later years and legacy have since been affected by disturbing accusations of sexual abuse.
“MJ the Musical” uses some of Jackson’s biggest hits and preparations for his famous 1992 “Dangerous World” tour to explore the complex life of a world renown artist.
