In this art class, watercolor artist Madison Kutz will teach you how to have fun and paint confidently with watercolor.
Watercolor is a painting method in which the paints are made of pigments suspended in a water-based solution. Watercolor painting is extremely old, dating perhaps to the cave paintings of early man. Paper is the most common material used in watercolor.
You will learn essential techniques including color mixing, a quick refresher on color theory, how to do a wash, how to avoid bleeds, and a discussion on the best tools to use.
