Goodman is a co-founder and main host of Democracy Now!, a nonprofit news organization that provides reporting via the internet, radio and television. It has won multiple awards. Oscar-nominated filmmakers Carl Deal and Tia Lessin take us behind the scenes, from Amy’s upbringing as the wisecracking granddaughter of an Orthodox rabbi to the frontlines of the monumental events she has covered over the years.
