While deeply reverent of the roots of traditional bluegrass music, gifted young singer/songwriter/guitarist William “Billy Strings” Apostil adds sizzle to his sound by applying the intensity of heavy metal. The result is an incendiary live performance imbued with distinctive bursts of psychedelic virtuosity.
Apostol got his stage name, Billy Strings, from an aunt who saw his ability on multiple traditional bluegrass instruments. This is an “all-ages” concert.
