Jive to a live jazz band while cruising Pittsburgh’s magnificent rivers.
Established in 1958 by Pittsburgh entrepreneur John E. Connelly (1926-2009), the Gateway Clipper Fleet is a fleet of river boats that launch from Station Square to sail the city’s magnificent three rivers that feature thematic cruises including those featuring live performances.
The term “Dixieland” refers to the style of jazz that emerged from New Orleans in the early 1900’s. A themed lunch will be served.
