Award winning British director and choreographer Michael Pink brings a visually stunning sensibility to his brilliant adaptation of the classic novel Dracula.
Written by Irish author Bram Stoker (1847-1912) and first published in 1897, Dracula is considered the quintessential horror novel. The novel follows a titled Romanian vampire who relocates to England where he proceeds to terrorize a seaside town.
This ballet adaptation features an original score written by British composer and pianist Philip Feeney. Presented by the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, which has been staging professional ballet in Pittsburgh since 1969.
