Local radio station WDVE presents this party on a Gateway Clipper boat to celebrate the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh.
The National Football League (NFL) has staged a player recruitment draft since 1936. The draft consists of seven rounds, giving the teams with the worst record placed first in the drafting order. Pittsburgh last hosted the NFL Draft in 1948.
Established in 1958 by Pittsburgh entrepreneur John E. Connelly (1926-2009), the Gateway Clipper Fleet is a fleet of river boats that launch from Station Square to sail the city’s magnificent three rivers that feature thematic cruises including those featuring live performances.
Have your picture taken with (and ask questions of) some football legends, enjoy tasty food and performances by local music artists.
