Drawing members of the University of Pittsburgh student body, the Heinz Chapel Choir is an impressive a capella group whose eclectic repertoire ranges from motets to jazz.
The University of Pittsburgh is a state-related university established in 1787. The choir primarily performs at the Heinz Memorial Chapel, an extraordinary gothic structure on the university’s campus donated by commercial food industry pioneer Henry John Heinz (1844-1919) in honor of his mother.
This is an “all-ages” concert.
