Enjoy a taste of Mexico in a cruise featuring the Guaracha Latin Dance Band.
The Guaracha Latin Dance Band — a staple in the Pittsburgh music scene since 1985 — brings Cuban music fused with a variety of Latin styles to create a truly sizzling sound. The band’s name refers to guaracha, a genre of rapid tempo and comic lyrics that originated in Cuba and Puerto Rico.
Established in 1958 by Pittsburgh entrepreneur John E. Connelly (1926-2009), the Gateway Clipper Fleet is a fleet of river boats that launch from Station Square to sail the city’s magnificent three rivers that feature thematic cruises including those featuring live performances.
The cruise includes a buffet of Mexican cuisine and dancing.
