Andy Baxter and Kyle Jahnke are the duo Penny & Sparrow, whose deeply vulnerable and boldly cinematic songs blur the lines between indie-folk and alt-pop.
The pair began writing and singing together while college roommates, creating simple acoustic arrangements and recording on a laptop. It was during this period that they developed the warm, sincere balladry that has become Penny & Sparrow’s calling card.
