Canadian conductor and composer Samy Moussa leads the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra in the world debut of his newest work.

Founded in 1895 by British composer, conductor and organist Frederic Archer (1838-1901), the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra is one of America’s oldest and most prestigious orchestras having performed around the world including a 2004 concert for Pope John Paul II (1920-2005).

The program also celebrates the 200th anniversary of a symphony written by German composer Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) and features works by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner (1824-1896).
