Celebrate the spirit of The Big Easy with a night of hot, steamy New Orleans jazz performed by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra — along with acclaimed actress and singer Miche Braden — under the baton of conductor Byron Stripling (pictured).

Founded in 1895 by British composer, conductor and organist Frederic Archer (1838-1901), the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra is one of America’s oldest and most prestigious orchestras having performed around the world including a 2004 concert for Pope John Paul II (1920-2005).

A tribute to the street parades in the French Quarter and late-night jams in the city’s famed clubs, this concert transforms Heinz Hall into an unforgettable Mardi Gras celebration.
