This award winning 2018 animated film takes the comic book superhero Spider-Man into new dimensions.

Spider-Man was created in 1962 by writer Stan Lee (1922-2018) and illustrator Steve Ditko (1927-2018), He is the alter-ego of outcast teen Peter Park, who gained his powers after being bitten by a genetically-modified spider. Peter is now a jaded 38-year-old who is mentoring an intelligent yet rebellious teenager of African-American and Puerto Rican descent named Miles Morales. A mutant spider bite has given Miles super powers, too, and needs Peter’s guidance.
