A trio of energetic acts pay homage to a trio of classic hair bands: Poison, Def Leppard, & Bon Jovi.
The era of “hair bands” reached its peak in the 1980’s featuring heavy metal acts known for a glamorous androgynous aesthetic, highly theatrical concerts — and, of course, very long hair.
Tonight’s tribute focuses on the power ballads of Poison (formed in 1983); pioneering British metal band Def Leppard (formed in 1976) and the pop-rock band formed in 1983 by singer Jon Bon Jovi.
This is an “all-ages” concert.
