This engaging piece of family theater is the musical tale of a man who imagines himself hiding at the bottom of the sea. He makes sand appear, then turtles, seagulls and fish, and then dune grass, the sky, boats and time that passes.
“Waves, All That Glows Sees” takes place in an unconventional setting underneath a large tent where audiences will be seated on cushions. Please be aware that shoes must be removed for this production. Audience members should dress comfortably and there may be some elements of movement during the show.
Presented as part of the Children’s Theater Festival, a project of the nonprofit Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and sponsored by energy company EQT.
