Boxheart is a quaint art gallery owned and operated by award winning Pittsburgh painter Nicole Capozzi.

The gallery’s name is derived from the term used when the soft core at the center of a piece of wood falls entirely within the four faces anywhere in its length.

Boxheart is located inside a charming storefront in a handsome, century-old building in the city’s historic Bloomfield neighborhood. The 1,000-square-foot gallery features rotating exhibitions in a wide variety of media and often hosts various events including workshops and receptions.

STANDARD HOURS:
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

PARKING:
On-street parking is available.
