One of Pittsburgh’s handsomest and most historic structures, the Frick Building is a remarkably beautiful office building built in 1902 by and named after industrialist Henry Clay Frick (1849-1919).
Patrons enter an impressive, classical lobby featuring a stunning stained glass installation created by American artist John La Farge (1835-1910). Called “Fortune and Her Wheel,” this window is a depiction of the Greco-Roman deity for luck.
The Penthouse includes a balcony around the perimeter of the building, a high, handcrafted ceiling and heavy, elaborate brass door fixtures. Henry Clay Frick used this as his personal office but it is now sometimes the location of an event.
Management is currently being handled by Rugby Realty.
