Greensburg Garden & Civic Center (GGCC) is a multi-use facility managed by Westmoreland Cultural Trust.

Established in 1969 with the support of professional engineer and philanthropist Katherine Mabis McKenna, the Westmoreland Cultural Trust is the leading arts institution in rural Westmoreland County. It is center in Greensburg, a city of 15,000 people and the county seat.

The handsome, green brick GGCC regularly serves as the host to plays, musicals, concerts, lectures, workshops, receptions and other events.
