The Kean Theatre is one of the region’s premier venues for concerts, theatrical performances and talent shows.

It’s a project of the St. Barnabas Health System and located on the organization’s campus north of Pittsburgh in the suburb Gibsonia.

St. Barnabas Health System is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing primary care services, long-term care services for the economically poor with chronic diseases or disabilities, residential services for the elderly and home care and companion services for the homebound. The system is named in honor of Barnabas, one of the first Christian disciples in Jerusalem who died around the year 61 CE.

The Keane Theatre is part of St. Barnabas’ Woodlands retirement community. Proceeds earned from shows at the theatre are used to benefit the organization’s free care fund.
