Founded in 1972, the Persad Center is a human service organization whose mission is to improve the well-being of the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning) communities as well as the HIV/AIDS communities.

The name “Persad” is an amalgamation of the words “personal” and “adjustment.”

They are housed in a simple, nondescript building.

STANDARD OPERATING HOURS:
The office is open weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Facilities may be opened for special events and programs at other times.

PARKING:
Limited, on-street parking is available.
