Celebrate the birthday of Gene Kelly (pictured) at this stylish party.
Pittsburgh native Gene Kelly (1912-1996) was an impressive dancer, actor, singer, director and choreographer. Kelly was known for his energetic and athletic dancing style. Among his most popular films was the 1952 musical “Singin’ in the Rain,” which offered a light-hearted look at Hollywood’s transition from silent to talking pictures.
The club will be decorated to help folks feel as if they’re part of the “Singin’ in the Rain”. There will be live, period music provided by Susan Leslie and the Jazz Trio.
