KLVN is a modern coffee roaster focused on harnessing the pure and transportive qualities that coffee possesses from its beginning.

The cafe’s name was inspired by that of British engineer and mathematician William Thomson (1824-1907), who held the title of Baron Kelvin. His most important work was in the mathematical analysis of electricity and formulation of the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The temperature measurement unit kelvin was named in his honor.

KLVN is located on the ground floor of a three-story commercial building in the city’s East Liberty neighborhood that was constructed in 1900.

STANDARD OPERATING HOURS:
Sunday, 8:00am to 3:00pm
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

On-site parking is available in the rear of the building.
